Brilliant Traces

By Cindy Lou Johnson

Performed at The Back Space Theatre: July/August, 2012

Someone can love you – can touch your soul – and then – BAM – something happens and they can’t even remember you.  After they’ve made an indentation on your soul.

“Two warped characters dazzle in Brilliant Traces. Both actors are former students for Mona Wood-Patterson, whose signature is all over “Trace”s.  The convincing set, built within the Spartan Back Space Theatre, is a creation of Charles Ford.  Bucking a trend of minimalist staging in modern theatre, Henry’s cabin includes a real kitchen, bed, and comfortable chair.  It’s an emotional story not suited for pantomime.” – Ted Holteen, The Durango Herald
